  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 (packed) brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup dark rum
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 peaches, chopped


In bowl, mix ice cream and sour cream; freeze until firm. In skillet, whisk sugar, rum, butter and 1/8 tsp. salt over medium; boil until thickened, 2 minutes. Top ice cream with peaches and sauce.
