Peach & White Chocolate Crostata

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds sliced peeled peaches
  • 3 1/2 ounces bar Frey Chocobloc White chocolate ($1.99), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Wholly Wholesome Whole Wheat Pie Dough ($6.99)
  • Cream
  • Raw sugar

Preparation

In bowl, toss peaches, chocolate bar, flour and cinnamon. Mound in center of pie dough. Fold edges over, brush with cream and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees until filling bubbles, 40 minutes.
