Divide fruit among six 12-inch squares of heavy-duty foil. Top with sugar, butter, cardamom, and pinch of salt. Gather edges of foil together; crimp to seal packets. Grill over medium heat, stirring once, until syrup forms, about 15 minutes. Top with ice cream and nuts.
