Grilled Peach & Berry Foil Packets

  • 3 peaches, quartered and pitted

  • 1 lb. strawberries, quartered

  • 1 package (6 oz.) blueberries

  • 1 package (6 oz.) blackberries

  • 6 tbsp. (packed) brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom

  • pinch of salt

  • vanilla ice cream and toasted sliced almonds, for topping


Divide fruit among six 12-inch squares of heavy-duty foil. Top with sugar, butter, cardamom, and pinch of salt. Gather edges of foil together; crimp to seal packets. Grill over medium heat, stirring once, until syrup forms, about 15 minutes. Top with ice cream and nuts.
