Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cooked peas
  • 2 Fresh basil
  • 2 Grated Parmesan
  • 1 1/2 lemon zest
  • 20 Wonton wrappers

Preparation

Puree peas with basil, Parmesan and zest; season. Dollop a tablespoon each on the centers of 10 wrappers. Brush edges with water, top with 10 wrappers and press to seal. Boil until tender, about 2 minutes; drain. Toss with butter, grated Parmesan, zest and pepper.
