Pasta Shells with Tuna

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chopped shallots
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 5 tablespoons EVOO
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 5 ounces fresh spinach
- 3 5 ounce cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup basil, chopped
- 1 pound shell pasta, cooked, plus 1 cup reserved pasta water
Preparation
In skillet, cook shallots and garlic in 2 tbsp. EVOO, 1 minute. Add tomatoes and capers; cook 5 minutes. Fold in remaining ingredients.
