Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1/3 cup capers
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 pound peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 10 ounces linguine, cooked
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Preparation

In skillet, cook garlic in butter over medium, 2 minutes. Stir in next 4 ingredients; simmer 2 minutes. Add shrimp; cook 4 minutes. Toss with pasta and parsley.
