Ingredients

  • Leftover pasta
  • Eggs
  • Parmigiano-reggiano cheese
  • Butter

Preparation

Beat enough eggs to submerge leftovers; sprinkle with parmigiano-reggiano cheese.

Melt some butter over medium heat in an ovenproof skillet.

Pour in the egg mixture and cook until set, about 5 minutes bake at 425 degrees until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
