In small saucepan, heat dried cranberries and port over low for 5 minutes; let cool. Using food processor, mix cream cheese and sharp cheddar for 1 minute. Transfer to medium bowl. Drain and dry cranberries; stir into cheese. Place 2 cups chopped topping of choice on plate. Using 2-inch ice cream scoop, drop scoops of cheese into topping; roll to coat. Serve with crackers.
