- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 3/4 lbs.)
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli rabe, trimmed
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
In dish, coat chicken with cheese. In nonstick skillet, cook chicken in 2 tbsp. oil over medium, 4 minutes per side. In pot, cook rabe with remaining ingredients over medium until tender, 8 minutes; season.
