- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
- 3 cups cooked farro
- 1/3 cup pitted and sliced green olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
In skillet, melt butter with paprika over medium-high. Cook shrimp, stirring, 3 minutes; season. Add farro and olives; stir until warmed, 2 minutes. Season and top with dill.
