Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound mixed mushrooms, cut or torn into large pieces
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed

Preparation

In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high. Add mushrooms, thyme, rosemary and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are browned, about 15 minutes; season.
