- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Salt & pepper
- dozen shucked oysters
- Sea salt or crushed ice, for serving
Mix vinegar, shallots, sugar and pinch each salt and pepper in small bowl. Nestle oysters on platter of sea salt or crushed ice. Spoon mignonette sauce onto each oyster before eating.
