  • In skillet, bring wine, sugar, and spices to a boil over high, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer wine mixture until syrupy, about 10 minutes. Strain syrup; let cool. Cut peel and white pith from oranges. Slice oranges into rounds; arrange on platter. Drizzle with syrup. Garnish with mint.
