2 hours, 30 minutes
1/2 cup (packed) light brown sugar
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 bone-in ham (8 lb.)
1. Preheat the oven to 350°. In a small bowl, whisk the sugar, orange juice, honey, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg for the glaze.
2. Place the ham in a large roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove the ham from the oven and brush all over with half of the glaze. Bake, brushing often with the remaining glaze, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the ham registers 135°, about 45 minutes more. Transfer the ham to a platter and tent with foil. Let rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing. Tilt the roasting pan and skim the fat from the drippings. Transfer the drippings to a gravy boat and serve with the ham.
