- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 8 strips bacon (not thick cut)
- 1 tbsp. sugar
In bowl, microwave marmalade until just melted; stir in 2 tbsp. warm water. On parchment-lined baking sheet, brush bacon with marmalade; sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400°, turning sheet halfway through, until bacon is crispy, about 20 minutes.
