- 2 ounces fresh clementine or orange juice
- 1 ounce Cinnamon-Infused Tequila
- 1 ounce carrot juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- Thin slice carrot peel
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, stir first 5 ingredients until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with carrot peel.
