Nutty Broccoli Kebabs

  • 1 small broccoli crown
  • Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons water (or more if needed to thin)
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper


Cut broccoli crown into florets. Toss with olive oil, season and thread onto skewers. Grill over medium heat, turning often, until tender and charred in spots, 10 to 12 minutes. In bowl, whisk almond butter, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and red pepper; season. Drizzle sauce over broccoli.
