A little Cynar (artichoke-and-herb liqueur) gives this drink a subtle herbal flavor. "I named this drink Never Let Me Go because I just love the flavors so much that I wanted to have them forever," says mixologist Matthew Biancaniello.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake the orange juice, Cynar, and crème de cassis. Strain into 2 rocks glasses filled with ice. Garnish with the orange slices.
