Negroni Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Campari
  • 1 tablespoon gin
  • 1 tablespoon sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange zest, plus more for garnish

Preparation

In a food processor, pulse the cranberries, sugar, Campari, gin, vermouth and 1/4 tsp. zest until coarsely chopped, about 12 pulses. Transfer to a bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves, 1 to 2 minutes. Top with more zest.
