Nacho Melt Grilled Cheese
Grilled cheese sandwiches have never been hotter, and the chili powder in this recipe doesn't disagree.

Ingredients
Spread
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. chili powder
Bread
8 slices sourdough bread
Cheese
8 oz. grated pepper Jack
Etc.
1/3 cup drained pico de gallo
1 avocado, sliced
Preparation
Heat a griddle or large cast-iron skillet over medium. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and the chili powder. Slather on one side of each slice of bread. Build sandwiches with the cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, and bread, spread-side facing out. Cook, turning once, until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side.
