Mustard-Coriander Salmon Steaks
Burgers and hot dogs are great, but sometimes you want something a little lighter when it's time to fire up the grill. Try this easy salmon steak recipe with a drool-worthy mustard-coriander green sauce. You're going to want to slather it on *everything*.

Ingredients
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
1 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
6 salmon steaks (about 9 oz. each)
Preparation
In large bowl, stir first 6 ingredients; season sauce. Transfer 3 tbsp. sauce to small bowl. Add salmon to large bowl; turn until coated. Grill over medium-high heat until just cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Drizzle with reserved sauce.
