- 1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms
- 1/2 cup smoked flaky sea salt
- 3 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 1/4 teaspoons tumeric
- 1 1/4 teaspoons cayenne
In spice mill or grinder, grind mushrooms to powder. In bowl, mix with remaining ingredients. Transfer to spice jars with pretty labels as a gift for sprinkling on eggs, potatoes, beef and more.
