Multicooker Chai-Spiced Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. each ground cloves and ground ginger
  • Toasted almonds, pear slices, and turbinado sugar, for topping

Preparation

In multicooker, mix oats, 2 cups almond milk, and spices. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup almond milk. Top with almonds and pear slices. Sprinkle with sugar.
