Ingredients
- 4 large red bell peppers-charred in the broiler, peeled and seeded
- 5 scallions, coarsely chopped
- 1 2/3 cups walnuts, lightly toasted
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
In a food processor, puree the first eight ingredients into a coarse paste. Season with salt and pepper.
