- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 6 green tea bags
- 1/4 cup (packed) chopped mint leaves
- 1 cup seltzer
In a small saucepan, stir sugar with water over medium-high until sugar dissolves. Add green tea bags and (packed) chopped mint leaves; simmer over medium 15 minutes. Strain. Mix 2 tbsp. syrup and seltzer in an ice-filled glass.
