Ingredients

Cheeses

  • 1 lb. crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 lb. grated American cheese

Toppings

  • 1 cup chopped store-bought eggplant caponata (may be labeled eggplant appetizer)
  • 1/3 cup chickpeas, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup harissa paste
  • 2 tsp. toasted cumin seeds

Dipper

  • Pita chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400°. In a large baking dish or ovenproof skillet, mix the cheeses. Bake until brown and bubbly in spots, about 20 minutes. Add the toppings, then get dipping!
