Moroccan Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 1/2 pounds carrots-peeled, shredded and squeezed dry
- 3/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
In large bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients; season. Toss with carrots, onion, cilantro and raisins; season.
