It’s time to move the unsung garnish to the center of your plate, where it belongs.
Coat a large baking sheet with olive oil. Stretch 1 lb. store-bought pizza dough to edges; press fingertips all over to make small indentations. Bake at 450° until golden, 8 to 10 minutes. In a bowl, mix 1 cup mascarpone and 1 cup ricotta; season. In a separate bowl, toss 2 cups radish greens with 1 tbsp. olive oil; season. Spread cheese mixture over dough top with greens. Return to oven; bake until dough is golden brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes. In a bowl, toss 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced radishes of different varieties with a drizzle of olive oil; season. Arrange on pizza; sprinkle with sea salt.
