- 1 cup pitted olives
- 1 cup parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
In a food processor, pulse pitted olives, parsley leaves, EVOO, balsamic vinegar and crushed red pepper until finely chopped. Serve on chicken.
