- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 4 scallions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Cook green beans in boiling salted water until crisp-tender, 4 minutes; drain. In large bowl, whisk miso, lime juice, oil and honey; season. Toss with beans and scallions; top with sesame seeds.
