  • Mix lamb, red onion, mint, cinnamon, orange zest and salt. Form into 16 meatballs and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake at 475 degrees until well done, about 15 minutes. In bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp. orange zest, cumin and a pinch salt. Spoon 16 dollops on a serving plate. Top each with a skewered meatball. Garnish with fresh mint.
