Poke a skewer into stem end of strawberries. Divide Wilton Candy Melts among 3 bowls. Add 1 1/2 tsp. shortening to each; microwave to melt. Holding skewer, dip berries into melted candy. Set on wax paper; sprinkle with matching coarse sanding sugar. Once hardened, remove skewers. Dip mini cup-shaped chocolates into melted candy; press onto berry tops; allow to harden. Place the bulbs atop thin black licorice.
