Mediterranean Marinated Feta

The king of all toppings - for bread, pasta, veggies, anything that needs some cheese.

15 minutes (plus marinating)

1 3/4 cups


  • 3/4 cup EVOO

  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped preserved lemon or 4 wide strips of lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill

  • 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed black peppercorns

  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

  • 6-oz. block of Greek feta, cut into small cubes 


In bowl, mix first 6 ingredients; fold in feta. Transfer to jar; chill in refrigerator until flavors meld, at least 24 hours. Use within 2 weeks. Serve with toasts, or toss with pasta, salad, or roasted veggies.
