- 1 lb. pizza dough
- 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella
- 8 thawed Herbed Turkey Meatballs, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Stretch dough into 14-inch-round; poke all over with fork. Bake at 500° until golden, 10 minutes. Top with mozzarella, Herbed Turkey Meatballs, fennel seeds and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with oil; season. Bake until cheese melts, about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with basil.
