- 2 pounds white chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
In bowl, microwave 1 1/2 lbs. chocolate at 50 percent power in 15-second increments, stirring in between, until melted, about 3 minutes. Stir in remaining chocolate to melt. Pour half onto foil-lined baking sheet; spread to 1/4 inch thick. Stir matcha into remaining chocolate; dollop over chocolate on sheet. Swirl with knife. Top with sesame seeds. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Break into pieces.
