  • 2 cups mixed green and black olives
  • 1 cup gin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dry vermouth
  • 3-inch strip lemon peel
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Pinch crushed red pepper
  • Crusty bread


In saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until liquid is reduced, about 10 minutes. Serve warm with crusty bread.
