Maple-Sesame Roasted Radishes

Maple-Sesame Roasted Radishes

  • 1 bunch (3/4 lb.) radishes with greens

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup

  • chopped pistachios and toasted sesame seeds, for garnish


On baking sheet, toss radishes with oil and maple syrup; season. Roast at 425° until radishes are just tender and greens are crisp, about 15 minutes. Transfer to platter. Sprinkle with pistachios and sesame seeds.
