- Ice cubes
- 3 ounces (1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons) apricot brandy
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) sweet vermouth
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the brandy, vermouth, maple syrup and cloves. Shake well and strain into 2 brandy snifters or small glasses.
