Mango-Ricotta Sundaes

  • Fresh mango
  • Ricotta
  • Lime zest
  • Sea salt
  • Honey


Cut 2 large pieces mango from either side of pit. Score flesh in crisscross pattern, leaving 1/4-inch border around edge and bottom. Keeping skin intact, scoop out mango and finely dice. Fill skins with ricotta cheese. Top with diced mango, lime zest and sea salt. Drizzle with honey.
