- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/4 cup malted milk powder
- 3 graham crackers, crumbled
- Chocolate syrup
On parchment-lined baking sheet, bake marshmallows at 425 degrees until just golden, 1 to 2 minutes. In large bowl, mix ice cream with malted milk powder. Using rubber spatula, fold in graham crackers and cooled marshmallows. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour. Divide among bowls; drizzle with syrup.
