Ingredients

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz.) store-bought sugar cookie dough
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 3/4 cup strawberry jam

Preparation

Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick. Use a ghost cookie cutter to cut out shapes; gather dough and repeat. Bake as directed. Remove from oven and immediately use a straw to form eyes and mouths on 10 cookies. Let cool. Dust with confectioners’ sugar. Spread remaining cookies with jam. Top with the cookie faces.
