Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 pound pappardelle, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cooking water reserved
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white vermouth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Preparation

In skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add next 3 ingredients; cook until shrimp is opaque in center, about 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; toss until sauce forms.
