Slightly sour, slightly sweet, this dish is a chicken dinner winner.
In medium bowl, whisk ginger, lemongrass, garlic, honey, and fish sauce. Add chicken; toss until coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes. In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add chicken, skin-side down; cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Garnish.
