- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 3 tablespoons dried currants
- Pinch lemon zest
- 1 cup pistachios, toasted and chopped
- Vanilla wafers, for serving
Mix cream cheese with goat cheese, currants and lemon zest. Form into a ball; coat with pistachios. Wrap in plastic; refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with vanilla wafer cookies.
