- 2 teaspoons ground ancho chile powder
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Mexican or regular oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened lemon-lime powdered drink mix
- 1 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
In bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Brush pork with EVOO, sprinkle with rub and pat to adhere before grilling.
