- 1 pound brussels sprouts, thick stems trimmed, halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- coarse salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees . On a foil-lined baking sheet, toss the brussels sprouts with the EVOO; season with salt and pepper. Roast until lightly charred and crisp-tender, 30 to 40 minutes (depending on the size of the brussels sprouts).
Remove the sprouts from the oven and toss to coat with the butter, lemon juice and honey.
