Lemon Green Iced Tea

  • 2 stalks chopped fresh lemon grass
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup loose-leaf green tea


In medium saucepan, bring 5 cups water and lemongrass to rapid boil; remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients; steep 10 minutes. Strain and serve warm, or refrigerate until cold and serve over ice.
