Super-Simple, Super-Delicious Leftover-Turkey Sandwich
Bread, turkey, and an awesome sauce. It really is that easy.
Ingredients
1 cup finely chopped dill pickles, patted dry
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. grated peeled fresh horseradish or 1 tbsp. horseradish from a jar, drained and squeezed dry
3/4 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne
8 slices of rustic country white bread, lightly toasted
1 lb. of leftover sliced turkey
Preparation
In a bowl, stir the first 6 ingredients. Season the sauce with salt; spread on 4 slices of toast. Top with the turkey and the remaining sauce and toast.
