- Leg of Lamb, cubed
- Salt and pepper
- Scallions, cut into 2-inch-long pieces
- Vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds
Season leg of lamb cubes with cumin, coriander, salt and pepper. Thread skewers with 2-inch-long pieces scallion and lamb. Brush with vegetable oil. Grill over medium-high, turning occasionally, until scallions are charred in spots and lamb is cooked to desired doneness, about 8 minutes for medium. Garnish with sesame seeds.
