Lamb Chops with Mango Relish

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 lamb rib chops
- 1 cup cup peeled, diced mango
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Season lamb; sear 3 minutes per side. Meanwhile, in bowl, combine remaining ingredients; season. Serve lamb with relish.
